Drug and Alcohol CLEARINGHOUSE Program

Per Federal Regulation 49 CFR Part 382, all employers and owner-operators are mandated to register

any CDL drivers they employ with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.

This mandate went into effect on January 6, 2020, requiring employers to register and query annually

any current or prospective CDL driver who will be operating commercial motor vehicles.

This secure, online database holds all records for those with a Commercial Driver License (CDL) who

have any record of a drug or alcohol violation.
